These terms apply to Toneback: Sound Memory Game, provided by Earmonic Games Ltd. By using the game, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Provider and access
Earmonic Games Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17432593, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Questions can be sent to support@earmonic.com. You must meet the applicable store age requirements and obtain parental or guardian permission where required.
2. Playing Toneback
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the game. You may play solo offline or use an internet connection for public duels and private rooms. Protect your account credentials. Save and verify your account before buying Pro so purchases can be recovered. Unsaved guest progress may be lost if you remove the app or change accounts.
3. Free play and Pro
Public 1v1 and solo play are free. Toneback Pro permits the subscriber to create private rooms for 2–8 players; invited players can join without Pro. Pro does not improve scores, supply earned coins or give a competitive scoring advantage.
Where available, Pro is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Available plans, the local currency price, billing period and renewal terms are displayed in the app and Google Play before confirmation. The initial plans do not include a free trial. Subscription availability may vary by region and release stage.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Google Play charges your payment method and manages renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled under Google Play’s rules. Manage or cancel in Google Play. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Expiry, refunds, revoked payments or payment failure can end access in accordance with the store’s subscription status.
Deleting the app or your Toneback account does not cancel a subscription. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and Google Play policies. Restore purchases using the saved Toneback account that originally bought Pro; purchases are not transferred merely by signing in to a different Toneback account.
5. Coins, cosmetics and progression
Eligible completed duels earn coins subject to the game’s displayed reward rules and daily limits. Coins unlock cosmetic options. Coins, cosmetics, quest rewards and league points are game features with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, traded or exchanged for money. Rules and cosmetic availability may change as the game develops. Pro does not bypass earning requirements.
6. Fair play and social features
Do not cheat, automate unfair play, exploit errors, manipulate transactions, harass others, impersonate people or misuse room and friend codes. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security or legal requirements. Leaving or failing to participate in a duel can affect rewards and league points as shown in the game.
7. Availability and sound
Toneback is in development. Features, content and availability may change. Online play depends on your device, internet connection and external services; uninterrupted access and perfect synchronization across all hardware cannot be guaranteed. Use a comfortable listening volume. Toneback is an entertainment game, not a hearing test or medical service.
8. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains accounts, gameplay, social records and billing data. To request account or data deletion, follow these instructions. Deletion removes access to associated saved progress; cancel store subscriptions separately.
9. Liability, changes and contact
We provide the game with reasonable care, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Google Play’s mandatory store terms also apply. We may update these terms as the game or legal requirements change, and identify the current version by the date above. Contact support to raise a concern or resolve a problem.
